The Prince William County Department of Social Services is seeking to hire a highly motivated person to fill Detention Specialist positions at the Molinari Juvenile Shelter in Manassas, Virginia and at the Juvenile Detention Center (JDC) also located in Manassas on Rt. 234. The Molinari Juvenile Shelter (MJS) is a short-term residential program for boys and girls ages 10 to 17 who are in crisis and need temporary placement. The detention center provides secure custody to juveniles between the ages of 12-20 who are criminally charged pending court adjudication, waiting for transfer to another facility or an appropriate placement.
