Job Summary: Performs access duties for CaroMont Health staff. Responsible for registration and processing chart activities. Performs duties for chart preparation for onboarding staff and processing medical activities required for medical surveillance, answers phone calls and directs to the appropriate staff member, orders vaccines, lab supplies, and office supplies. Performs necessary tasks such as breaking charts down once terminations are processed, processes records request for staff members no longer with Caromont Health. Consistently demonstrates CARES behaviors in all interactions.
