Supervisory Duties: Perform the full range of typical first-line management functions to include: assign work to be accomplished by subordinates, set priorities, and evaluate work performance of subordinates.
Budget Formulation: Analyzes, revises and ties together multiple segments of WAPA's annual and multi-year capital and operating budgets from subordinate Budget Analysts, Budget Leads, Regional Financial Mangers, Program Directors and WAPA's Senior Executive Members.
