Reporting to the Assistant Controller, the Staff Accountant/Accounts Payable Coordinator will be fully responsible for SIAM’s accounts payable process including maintaining purchase orders, coding and processing invoices through a paperless accounts payable system, integrating approved invoices to Great Plains, and preparing year end 1099 NEC and 1042T/1042S forms. Additional responsibilities include assisting with month-end close, such as posting of ledger entries, account reconciliation, and expense analysis, and other projects, as needed.
