Reconcile open receivables.
Assist with collections, send statements to customers – follow up on outstanding balances.
Reconcile discrepancies/disputes with customers with outstanding balances.
Reconcile and verify A/R balances managed through 3PL, follow up discrepancies and resolving disputes.
