Internet: paid separately. They use Comcast and have a router built into the unit. Its around 50 to 70 dollars depending of the service you select.
Parking: on site building parking paid separately. Can inquire details at [hidden information]. There is also free street parking in front of the building as well.
Pets: I have seen others with pet so it appears pets are allowed, but they might charge you more in rent.

I moved in on December 2020. I signed a year lease so the lease should until December 2021. After that they are open to signing another lease if desired.
