One unfurnished bedroom available in a 5-bedroom, 2-full-bathroom Somerville apartment for for March (with move-in possible as early as February 14). $785 month-to-month plus utilities (~$40 in the summer to ~$100 in the winter). First and security (equal to one month's rent) needed to move in ($1570 total).

We've got lots of space- five large bedrooms, a big kitchen, and a living room. Off-street parking is available in our driveway and we're just a 10 minute walk to Davis and Porter squares which will be great once, you know, the COVID pandemic is up- we're near the T and local bars, restaurants, and shops. Laundry is in-unit and free, clean your clothes to your heart's content!

The room is spacious (around 12x12), and has multiple outlets, a closet, and enough room for a queen bed, desk, dresser, and more. We've got a closet in the lower floor hallway too if you need any extra storage space.
