It’s a room sublet in a 1,100 sq foot townhouse. Fully furnished. 2 stories. 2 bed. 1.5 bath. Deck. And terrace outside our front door. A ton of amenities. Beautiful building. Looking for a clean, reliable, chill, fun roommate. My last roommate moved out because she bought a house. The room ranges from 1250-1300 with Utilities, WiFi and rent is what I usually see. Just depends on how much heat, water, electricity is used! Parking is available for 240 a month I believe and the elevator takes you right there. This place is a steal. We got it very cheap due to Covid. Each room usually ranges anywhere from 1700-2200. Located in the heart of the Pearl District.
