Okay, maybe that’s a bit of an oversell. In reality, two laid-back roommates are looking for an equally laid-back individual to take over a room in a quaint apartment.

This wonder apartment lies at the nexus of multiple bus stops, convenient walking routes, and a bountiful selection of eclectic restaurants. While not the newest hot property in the area, it’s pleasant and has character. It possesses three rooms, two bathrooms, two balconies (two!), and plenty of closets. The available room is kissed by sunshine every morning and is mere steps from the in-unit laundry. Totally wowsers, right?

As for the financials, the rent is $817/month, deposit is $575, bills are usually around $50/month, and there is a one-time lease transfer fee of $100. The sweet, sweet air is free, however, and completely uncapped. Breathe all you want without any pesky overage fees! The property management firm requires applicants to earn three times the rent amount and to have a 675 credit score, but can be flexible with a lease cosigner.
