The house is located in a tucked away cul-de-sac with unbeatable access to major transit either by car or foot. Raised planters in the front of the house offer ample room to garden, while the fenced-in backyard is occupied by large trees, greenhouse, garden, fire pit, and covered sitting area.
The main level of the house consists of the master bedroom (private bath with stand-in shower) with covered porch access [room dimensions and closet layout below], an additional bedroom (occupied), hall bathroom with tub, kitchen, living room, covered porch, and 2-bay attached garage with workspace. The sub-level of the house has an additional two bedrooms (both occupied), bathroom/utility room with w/d, and den/guest bedroom with backyard access. No smoking indoors.
We are seeking an individual or possibly a couple to share our home, currently occupied by three mid-twenties to thirties roommates along with two small dogs. Pets considered on a meet-and-greet basis, while humans are encouraged to tell us a little bit about yourself, what you like to do, and what you'd like to find in roommates. Please give a brief rundown of your standard work hours and if they include part or full time work-from-home. We as a household strive to stay in line with practical Covid protocols.
