ONE Room and an office-space for rent in a 3 bedroom house.

It's a bedroom (approx 140 sq ft) with lots of light and southwest facing windows, clothing storage, and in a very spacious home with lots of storage and common space.
The room also comes with a separate office space exclusively for your use (for people who work at home or want creative space). (About 10x6 ft). This is the first couple photos on the post. The total house is around 1800 sq ft.

Unfortunately no pets are allowed, and we can only accommodate one person.

The master bedroom is occupied by 2 people: V and H live in the master suite, and work in herbal wellness, yoga, and healing arts. You'll just share a bathroom with one other person because we have our own. (4 people total living in house).

We also have a spacious dining room, a very spacing living room, the office-room, and the kitchen. There is a flight of stairs to enter our sunny porch with a secure gate. There is plenty of free, street parking that's never hard to find. We have in-house laundry that is free! Our house stands against hate and discrimination of all forms, and we are an immigrant, refugee, and LGBTQIA+ friendly home.

Our neighborhood is safe, spacious, and you can walk to three parks within 5 minutes, we have great pizza and restaurants not too far away, easy access (2 minutes) to the AC Transit lines that go to UC Berkeley, SF, and 8 min walk to Ashby Bart. There are some awesome coffee shops and craft breweries nearby, a farmers market 5 min away and we love to walk around our neighborhood.

COVID-19: We follow a sensible COVID-19 policy! We are all fully vaccinated. We're hoping to find someone who we can come to a nice agreement about covid (and general) house safety, as the country reopens.
