22 Ringold St, San Francisco, CA Hi everyone, we have a multiple rooms available at our apartment and are looking for someone to move in immediately or by March 1st (it's all clean, furnished, and move-in ready!). It's an awesome duplex in SoMa (8th and Folsom) that's fully furnished with 2 kitchens, 2 living spaces, 2 sets of washer + dryer, and a lovely backyard. The landlords are offering a huge discount for move-in ASAP and are quite flexible. Open to couples, roommates, pets, short-term leases, and just about everything in between. The rooms are all quite spacious and come furnished with a queen bed (extra beds available) and nightstands, and they each have their own large closets with organizers with shelves + hanging space. Each room has a large window that gets plenty of natural light but doesn't let in much noise.

The roommates are a fun and friendly mix of 20-somethings working across software, design, finance, robotics, art, cooking, and more. Everyone is pretty busy during the week, but we see each other around for the occasional chat or weekend plans. All roommates have been working from home since mid-March and we have made sure to keep the apartment clean.

The apartment is located in central SoMa with restaurants, bars, gyms, and supermarkets (Trader Joe's, Costco) all within a block or two. We also have easy access to most transportation (BART, MUNI, Caltrain, bikeshare, tech shuttles) and are in the middle of popular neighborhoods like FiDi, Hayes Valley, The Mission, and Potrero Hill.
