My current roommate is moving to Manhattan after living in this apartment for several years in Brooklyn, so I am looking to find another person/mature couple for a 1-year lease starting May 15, 2021. Unfortunately, management is picky about a stable income and NO GUARANTORS (sorry!). Hoping to get someone in by this weekend!

About me:
Fully vaccinated. I am currently working from home but will most likely start going to the office in June. I manage a rape crisis counseling program at a hospital in the city and have 2 emotional support kitties adopted from ASPCA who are like dogs. Bonus points for those who love animals in general!
