Looking for a female subleaser for my room in a house on University Ave. Right off of campus, only about a 10 minute walk and steps away from the laundromat and MITS stop
The half of rent is $450 +utilities which can very easily be switched over

My roomate is great and I love this house, only reason im moving is so I can live with my fiancé

2 bedroom house with an extra room upstairs which is used as an office/studio space

My bedroom is on the second floor, so you would basically have the second floor room and loft space

It’s a super nice house and the location is really nice, and is a pretty quiet area

I’ve attached pics of the house, but I can also let you see the place and meet my roomate!
