Looking for roomates to join our house this June!
My 3 roommates are going to be moving out when our lease expires this June, and I am looking for 3 more people to sign a new lease with when the lease flips June 17.
We live on Humboldt street walking distance from Fred Meyer and Downtown (one of my roommates also walks to WWU campus regularly, but it is a bit far). Our house has two upstairs, and two downstairs bedrooms, as well as a bathroom on each floor. Our kitchen and living room are on the second floor, and we also have a balcony above the garage that opens from the living room. The house is a part of a triplex that we are sort of on the backside of, we have three parking spaces for ourselves, as well as street parking and the garage, although the it is currently being used as another common space / storage area. Our neighbors also rarely use all of their parking spaces so there is usually 2 more spots for cars. Unfortunately the houses lighting situation is a bit meh, and the downstairs can sometimes feel kind of bleak, but other than that its a great house! The rent comes out to $558 each plus $30-50 for utilities (usually its pretty low, but in winter it goes up)
