Renting one room for $850 each.

Looking for a Roommate who takes social distancing seriously and is covid conscious. Single occupant only. Looking for someone who is friendly, easy-going, quiet, responsible, and can clean up after themselves.

Room dimension is 12 x 15ft. There is a bathroom upstairs and downstairs. Each roommate can have their own private bathroom just share the toilet at night.

House has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Plenty of space. Large Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen and Backyard Area.
The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Most residents are retired and raising a family. Security is installed on the premises.

I currently reside in the house alone. You will have two other roommates. A total of three will be living in the house.

As a person, I am very friendly, easy-going, mindful, considerate, and quiet. I am also very clean and organized. I would like to find roommates who are clean as well.

I am Covid conscious, I keep my house clean and disinfected daily. I only go out for essentials and appointments.

Central AC/Heating Unit, Water Delivery Service, Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, Fridge, Washing Machine/Dryer, Internet, and all Utilities are Included. Parking is very easy and convenient, inside the driveway or on the street with an annual permit from the City of Alhambra for $60 per year.

Campuses nearby: PCC, ELAC, CSULA, Devry less than 15 min away. UCLA & USC less than 30 min away.

Close to major interstate freeways: 10, 710, 60, 5, 210, 110.

No pets allowed because I have dogs of my own. They have their own area to play so that they won't bother anyone.

The first month and last month's rent are needed. Last month will be used as a security deposit, if everything is left in the same condition then we will refund 100% at the end of the rental.

The landlord requires a background check, 3 recent paystubs, and a credit check. This is done to ensure that fellow roommates will be safe and that you can pay rent on time each month.

No smokers.

Move-in can be in March.
