This town home is a special place. It faces South, so the living room and master bedroom get nice light. The master and one other bedroom has vaulted ceilings. All lights in the house dim to add ambiance to any evening. There's a downstairs bathroom (half bath) and two full baths upstairs (one bath and one shower). The master bathroom is private, with double sinks and large shower. There are also two balconies. Lots of storage space, such as closets and cabinets within the house. Garage for even more storage, or you can fit a small car in there. The fridge is very large and can store enough food for four adults. The washer/dryer is also very large. If you have little ones, you can do all the laundry at once. The fire place works and is a god-send in the winter. Central AC will keep you cool in the upcoming summer months.

It's a gated community in a cute neighborhood. Neighbors are close, but can't hear through walls at all. Located at the North end of MLK, making it convenient for any commute in PDX. Yummy food carts, restaurants, bars, and brewery's within walking distance. Access to bus lines 6, 72, and 8. The closest parks are Woodlawn Park and Peninsula Park. I prefer no cats or dogs. (Other pets are ok.)
