Hi, my friends are looking into another place to live for the next semester, we wanted to get a feel for anyone who still needs a place to live for the next school year.
Our lease is $1030 a month per person at union on 5th. It’s a 2 bed 2 bath unit. Includes valet trash also plus electric which is under 100$ every month for two people. However, if you have 3 people that would be best(you can get into a 3x3) but if you have 2 people(then you would be able to get into a 2x2), that would be good too. we would be willing to pay for the security deposit and the application fee. It’s a July 26, 2021- July 24 2022 lease. Let me know if you’re interested [hidden information]
