I'll be moving out of my room in a 3-person townhouse and am looking for someone to take my room! Available April 1. This is a sunny room with Juliet balcony in Columbia Heights, and rent is $1050 in a 12-month lease. This room is located in a 3 bed/1 bath townhouse in Columbia Heights, just two blocks from the DCUSA Shopping Center and Columbia Heights Metro stop. Grocery, gym, Target, and restaurants all within a 5 minute walk.
The house has a back patio perfect for summer evenings and is located on a quiet side street. The address is 1427 Monroe Street NW. The house has a large living/dining space with hardwood floors and exposed brick throughout, and the kitchen has plenty of storage. Unfortunately, our landlord does not allow pets, but they are always quick and helpful with any requests.
Your roommates would be two males in their 20s, both of which are clean and considerate roommates who mostly keep to themselves. One has been home since March and the other is very COVID-conscious due to his work.
