Hi! I am hoping to sublease my 3rd floor one bedroom apartment at the Belmont House through 9/30/21.
This brand new apartment offers top notch amenities and is extremely cost efficient. The layout is great for accommodating guests and the patio offers some amazing sunsets! I have an opportunity to move into a two bedroom a few units down so I will be around and stranger to no one. This place is an amazing community and everyone here is so friendly. Not included in the pictures are two courtyards that are pet friendly and also a amazon/ups/fedex locker room called the Luxor. My unit is right next to the stairwell so no neighbors next to the bedroom and the neighbor above me is a small girl is very nice and quiet. The rent is $1,159 plus $40 amenities fee. Additional bills you will be responsible for are water/trash, electric, and internet which typically run about $115 total. Furniture not included. Family room can easily hold sectional and bedroom can fit king size bed(pictured) and dresser/chest. 8 minute drive to downtown and located just on the outskirts of grandview. 25 minute bike ride to downtown easy access to bike path.
