Utilize 6000sqft of space with room for hundreds of people
Renting the space primarily for private family events such as weddings, baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, business meetings, private lessons & rehearsals.
This space is located on the 2nd floor. Enter into the foyer, there is a coat check closet & the mens bathroom.
The main hall features a beautiful hardwood floor, made especially for dance & original to the building. Furnished with beautiful original art by John Gwinn. Available with and without tables.
The main hall has a 19 x 15’ stage with a house PA System. The stage has an optional pull out extension to add an additional 12 x 10’.
Tables & seating is optional and additional fee. We offer 8’ sound tables that can seat 6 - 8 comfortably with table cloth options. The women's bathroom is located in the back right of the hall.
In the front of the space is our fully furnished lounge with an optional open bar. That can be outfitted for alcoholic or herbal drinks for your guests.
The balcony overlooks High st & is outfitted with barrel tables & stools.
