Wide stairwells. All residential tenants, top two floors mostly folks in their thirties, bottom two floors mostly folks in their twenties. Walk up. I like and am friendly with my neighbors. Easy street parking. East Williamsburg, near the Bushwick dividing line, ie Flatbush Ave--

Neighborhood has lots of funky little bits, lots of coffeeshops and bars and restaurants for when that's a thing again. Short walk to large grocery stores-- one 3 blocks away is open 24 hours, lots of delis, a big park, The House of Yes if you're into nightlife when that's a thing again.

Going for a vibe of Responsible Adult (communicating needs, doing chores without reminders).

For the foreseeable future, there will be three total humans living in this four bedroom loft. I will maintain a room there, but live upstate, and not plan to use it for the next chunk of time.
