1951 Ford shoe-box gauge cluster parts San Francisco

Give me your best offer, will not deliver and shipping is at your expense. Two gauge clusters worth of parts. Can't make a functional one with them, speedometer mechanisms have snapped shaft output for speed but if assembled odometer would still function. Others usable parts would be housings front and back, likely most of original gauges and chrome trim pieces. Plastic is usable but cheep to replace on shoebox central.
