Has had a lot of work done over the past 2 years I've owned it.

New Coolant Flange & Temp Sensor (Fixed a previous overheating issue)
New Radiator Fan Asembly
Replaced Water Pump & Timing Belt at 90k miles
New Passenger Side Front Left Control Arm (I have the driver side, needs to be replaced. I will include the part)
Transmission Fluid Changed in 2019 after purchase
Oil Changed previously Around May
Good on Brake & Power Steering Fluid
New Brake Servo/Booster
